About Us

The company had its start in Jacksonville, Florida, in 1939, when Robert H. Paul, Jr. was granted a franchise for Canada Dry. When our first bottling plant opened in Jacksonville, our company employed nine people and the only product line was Canada Dry. Southeast-Atlantic Beverages operates beverage bottling and canning plants and distribution centers in Florida and Georgia.

On July 11, 2007 SEABEV was acquired by Cadbury Schweppes Americas Beverages (CSAB). The integration of SEABEV gives CSAB direct access to more than 20 million new consumers in Florida and Northern Georgia, as well as a new manufacturing capability in the Southeastern United States. CSAB now has 26 manufacturing and bottling facilities in North America and more than 250 warehouse and distribution points serving more than 230 million U.S. consumers in 34 states.
